Mr. Frank Wagner
Senior Executive Coach
Frank started his career in Leadership Development when he entered the Ph.D. program in The Graduate School of Management at UCLA along with Marshall Goldsmith in 1972. After graduating Frank took a teaching position in the School of Business at Loyola Marymount University where he continued his friendship with Marshall Goldsmith as they shared an office as Assistant Professors. While teaching at Loyola Marymount Frank worked part time at the Center for Leadership Studies under the mentorship of Paul Hersey.
In 1981 Frank joined Marshall Goldsmith as a partner and director in the consulting firm of Keilty, Goldsmith & Boone. During his time there he co-developed with Marshall Goldsmith the highly successful Excellent Manager Program. Initially designed for IBM this program became a staple of leadership development in many Fortune 100 companies.
In 1986 Frank partnered with Chris Coffey and started Prism Ltd., a leadership development and coaching practice. Since it’s founding Prism Ltd. has been assisting leaders add practical and effective skills for influencing others. Frank has personally worked with, and coached, hundreds of key leaders and successful people, helping them develop their leadership to become more effective. Frank’s areas of specialty focus on leadership behaviour, specifically around gaining commitment, adjusting leadership style to the needs of the situation, fostering teamwork, informal influence across organizational boundaries, and coaching others.
